The onyxes are carved with a four-leaf clover. The center of the carved pieces of onyx is set with a round-cut diamond that weighs approximately 0.03ct each. The set also includes three shirt studs each set with one, round, carved onyx that measures 8mm in diameter. The studs are also carved with a four-leaf clover. The studs are each set with one, round-cut, diamond that weighs approximately 0.015ct. The cufflink and stud set weighs 7.6 grams.
