Daniel, like his Lustre co-founder, has built his career around creating meaningful and memorable customer experiences. Before, during, and after attending Randolph-Macon College, Daniel worked for the company that sets the standard in cultivating happiness – The Walt Disney Company. Daniel flourished at Radio Disney for many years and learned the Disney way of true guest service. While delighting guests has always been at the core of Daniel’s philosophy, retail was his true calling. So he turned to his other passion: jewelry. While working for Jared the Galleria of Jewelry, Daniel quickly became a leader in his field. Both an avid watch collector and a graduate of the Gemological Institute of America, Daniel soon became one of the top five performing Timepiece Managers in the company.
Establishing a reputation for unearthing each individual’s preference to enrich the customer experience, Daniel honed his craft at Jared the Galleria of Jewelry. These skills would eventually lead to Adolf Jewelers, where he became a notable and respected jeweler under the guidance of local jewelry legend, Ronnie Adolf. It was at Adolf Jewelers that Daniel found his home. He immediately became known for guiding Adolf customers through important moments in their lives – from engagements and anniversaries to repairing estate pieces. He excelled in the areas of the industry that simply can’t be taught, putting customers at ease so they can relax and enjoy the special moments in life accompanied by unforgettable jewelry.
Today, as the co-owner of Lustre, Daniel invites a loyal customer base to come in, to play, and to enjoy a one-of-a-kind experience. His goal at Lustre is to construct an atmosphere of ease with a side of playfulness, a setting that offers a blend of classic and current, ensuring there is something for every age and taste.
